Going on an adventure, laughing like a drain, completing a stupidly hard challenge with nowhere near enough prep. The only way to honour our beautiful friend Fran and raise something for her favourite charity.

Fran famously once said, I’m fully prepared for the race I’ve got everything, I just haven’t done any training...It’s only 44 miles of brutal coast path. There might be some tears and swearing on the way round but Sonja, Susie, Lisa and Bridget will do their best

The amazing Esther will be running the full race end to end. That’s over 5000 ft of climb - endurance running as hard as it gets. 

The pic is Fran crossing the line at the New York Marathon in a time of 3hrs 39. She was a running legend, a full time adventurer.
