‘Better Care, Healthier Lives’. We are the charity that exists to support St George’s hospitals and the communities they serve. Every day, our work makes a real difference to patients, their families and friends and the staff who care for them.

Story

Hi!

Becca, Alice, Emma, Katie, Amelia, Roanna, Melissa, Charlie & James here!

We are a team of friends who all have one incredible person in common … Hatti Rose Gayner.

Over 10 years ago we all met at dance college (LIPA) in Liverpool, where we started our 3 years of training together and met our dear friend Hatti. We are all running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 3rd April 2022 in her memory.

This is an event Hatti was aiming to take part in herself however, she passed away from Secondary Breast Cancer 17/09/21.

We would like to raise, educate and spread as much awareness as we can for those who have been affected by Secondary Breast Cancer.

Please donate to our chosen charity of St George’s Hospital. Hatti was treated through the Rose Centre based in St George’s, and her team was led by the incredible Dr Kelleher. Hatti also had her chemo on the Trevor Howell ward and that is where she spent her final days. The level of care they provided was exceptional!

We would love to beat our target with your donations. We will keep you all updated with our training and progress over the next few months!

Thank you 💖
