Thank you for visiting our page..... Form is a transformative discipleship year run from Network Church Sheffield with bases in Liverpool and Ipswich.

As part of our Form year we will be in Sicily 22nd-28th March working alongside a charity called Jesus Generation. They minister to the poor, work with trafficked women and refugees. They also have a land project and a mission house where they are working to build places that can house and help the poor, marginalised and vulnerable people they reach out to.
