Brain Tumour Research is a charity not very well known but does some incredible work for the families affected by this tragic affliction. The reason our family would like to raise money and donate to this cause is because we lost our husband and father, Michael. The damage caused to our family by this disease was astronomical. If there is anything we can do to buffer against or even help to prevent a re-occurrence in other families then we would like to assist. We think this is a start.
Every one of us are all terrified of heights so any support and motivation for us to jump would be much appreciated.
On a more serious note:
We jump on 23rd February 2020; two years after we lost Mick and our world shattered.
We have unfortunately had to postpone the skydive until 22nd March 2020 due to bad weather.
Once again the wind was over 20 knots which has prevented our skydive on 22nd March 2020.
Due to the Coronavirus we will now attempt to take part on 2nd September 2021 which will be three years after our loss; we miss him everyday..
Any donation is a small but no less significant step to a cure; it couldn’t come soon enough. Thank you.
