With the onset of Covid-19, Space & Broomhouse Hub faces a dilemma in South West Edinburgh. How does a community hub continue to support people of a wide range of ages, some of whom are very vulnerable and some of whom could be carrying the virus and not showing the symptoms? How could community hubs and community organisations continue to support families as schools close, kids become hungry and many older folks are confined to their homes?

We have decided as a rugby club to support and raise funds for Space & Broomhouse Hub, helping the community we are very much a part of.

We were due to fly to Vienna on a rugby tour, with the ongoing restrictions in place due to Covid-19 this has understandably been cancelled.

We have decided to challenge ourselves and keep fit by running/walking to the rugby club we were due to visit in Vienna and then we will of course run back.

The event is open to all members and friends of Forrester Rugby Club.
