This year, a group of us will be walking 8.5 miles to help spread awareness and raise funds for the North London Hospice who took great care of my dad throughout his final days

£10 could pay for the cost of a nurse to visit a patient in their own home, £50 could help the hospices Out of Hours Service to urgently care for a person at night who is living in the community, £125 could fund a specialist nurse for one day, ensuring they can provide compassionate end of life care on the hospice
