This is the bit that your friends and family will read when you send your link to them.  Tell them in your own words what you are doing and maybe tell them why you want them to sponsor you!  This is your chance to make an impact. Be as creative as you want. Use as few or as many words as you need. You can update it too if you think of other things that you would like to say - eg - tell them how your training is going!
