Recently I attended a training session where Nexus talked about their work supporting through specialist counselling to people affected by domestic abuse. I was so impressed I felt compelled to help and came up with this as one small way.

So with that in mind, there might be a few folks that would maybe buy me a drink or a thoughtful gift for my 40th, but as I’ve been told I am a “pain” to buy for, I’d love it if you put the value into a donation to this great local charity. 

The funding target I’ve set will support one survivor with up to 18-weeks of specialist counselling with Nexus NI and helps to support a local person on their journey of hope and healing and to rebuild their life.
