On september the 12th Adrian and Paul will be setting out from John O'Groats to Lands End.

The route shall be over 12 days and at approx 80 miles a day so we expect to be in the sadle for about 6-8 hrs a day,  Ouch!!

Lots of fundraising has been done with various events but now we need your help to raise enough to make our target of 10,000.

Every penny will help and is very much appreciated.
