Start Point: Foot of Snowdon, Wales
End Point: Summit of Ben Nevis, Scotland
4 Countries - 40 Days - 650 Nautical Miles Rowing
90 Miles Walking - 888 hours Rowing
The waters on this expedition are extremely hazardous for a rowing boat. Due to the combination of changeable weather, tide, races, sea state and traffic, the voyage will be physically and emotionally extreme as well as technically very difficult.
We aim to raise awareness of the importance of exercise and the great outdoors for good mental health. We have both struggled in different ways in the past and have found solace in daily movement and exercise. We are passionate about promoting outdoor endeavours and exercise to help others improve their mental health and stay well.
Every penny raised go to Mind directly. Costs of the challenge will be covered by corporate sponsorship and private investment.
