It's OK not to be OK.  

Through my @FPLGeneral Twitter account, I want to raise awareness of mental health and encourage more people to seek help if they need it. 

thecalmzone.net is a great place to start if you're feeling down. They are doing great work and I want to support them via fundraising. 

I've been attending counselling every two weeks for the past year and it's great, I think everyone should have someone they can offload to nowadays.

I've also signed up for a part-time study course which begins in March 2023 - An Introduction to Counselling. It's something I may end up doing in the future when I eventually win FPL outright and retire at the top :) 

Back in 2019, this fundraiser raised £3,400 for CALM and I want to get that figure to £10,000 this season! It's likely to be the only 10k I achieve this year!
