At least 21 people with epilepsy in the UK die each week. SUDEP Action, is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those bereaved by epilepsy, raising awareness of epilepsy risks and tackling deaths in people with epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).

Hey, everyone!!

Me and a bunch of others from Leeds University Union Hockey Club are swim, swim swimming the length of the channel for SUDEP action charity! They are a great charity and do some amazing work, a charity we have chosen to support in memory of Sumo!

I love to swim but am no Nemo, so please give as much as you can!
