Nadz and I are walking in memory of Joy Cooke, who suffered from dementia for four years, and her husband Frank, who cared for Joy and loved her to the end. They were my parents and Nadz's grandparents.

Joy and Frank loved the Lake District. This walk takes in the beauty of Ullswater lake surrounded by towering fells and the powerful Aira Force waterfall.
