I have decided to take part in Tough Mudder... a 12 MILE obstacle course described as the 'Toughest event on the planet' in a quest to raise £1000 for St Elizabeth Hospice in Suffolk. 

St Elizabeth Hospice is an independent charity which provides services free of charge. The hospice provides support and improves life for people living with a progressive illness. 

St Elizabeth hospice is particularly close to my heart as a result of a tragic loss of a great friend.

In December 2012- our dear friend and Housemate Katie was tragically taken from us following a very sudden and short battle with stomach cancer. She was 27. 

In the short time that Katie was living with her illness, St Elizabeth hospice ensured that she was comfortable and her pain was treated, which was reassuring to all of her friends and family.  In addition to this, the hospice provided a huge support to her parents in undoubtably the hardest time of their lives.  

Please help me support St Elizabeth hospice, a very very worthy charity. And i will do my absolute best to Smash tough mudder in her honour!
