Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the summer, my sister Ruth found out that she has a  brain tumour. She is making some pretty major changes to her lifestyle including adapting to epilepsy, undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy and enduring their side effects. Giving up sugar can make treatment more effective. This one change alone sounds nearly impossible to me (I like sugar), so I thought the least I could do would be to give it a try.

The kind of tumour that she has is manageable, but her neurologist says that in 5-10 years time there could be a cure. Any small donation that would make this more likely would be so greatfully received.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
