London Landmarks Half Marathon 2018 · 25 March 2018 ·
On Sunday March the 25th I will be running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of the Charity Prostate Cancer. My choice of charity was because my dear brother in law Dave has been suffering from the effects of this and has just come out of hospital again followingfurther treatment.Training is underway and I hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew but I have always enjoyed running as a hobby and thought that this would be a good goal to aim for.The race is 13.1 miles or 21.1 km around the famous landmarks of London hence the race's name. The start line is on Pall Mall and the finish is close to Downing Street.I wonder if I could ask you to kindly sponsor me for 1€ for the event? (More of course if you wish)If you feel you could do that it would be greatly appreciated but please don’t feel obligated. I know many people have their own favorite charities, which they support, and this may not be yours. If you don't feel you wish to contribute no problem but do think of me on that Sunday morning!
