As we reflect on the loss of a trusted friend and valued colleague, our thoughts are first and foremost with his wife, Ana, and their two young children, Ame and Nico, whom he loved so much. We cannot begin to imagine what they are going through and know that they will need all of our friendship, love and support over the difficult months ahead. 

We know many of you will want to pay your own respects. We have set up this page to raise vital funds to assist the research of Fran's oncologist, Prof. Jesús García-López at the Oncohealth Institute.

Fran was a first class guy in every respect. He will be sorely missed.
