Story

On Wednesday 28th April 2021, Frank made a site visit to assess the stability of a garden wall, after a builder requested the advice of a structural engineer. The wall was at the end of a garden with a 6' drop and, whilst peering over to take photographs, Frank accidentally lost his footing at the edge and fell from the height, landing heavily and badly injuring his shoulder and back. The emergency services were called, two ambulances quickly arrived on the scene, and Frank was taken to hospital. In gratitude for the prompt, lifesaving care of our incredibly brave ambulance crews, Frank and Anne are delighted to use the happy occasion of their marriage to request donations to NWAS in lieu of wedding gifts. Thank you so much for all donations, however large or small. No amount of money can ever repay those who help us at a desperate time of need but hopefully this small gesture of appreciation will support our heroic paramedics in helping others. Thank you.
