I am participating in a 100 Mile Cycle through Mayo and Galway on the 8th of June 2013 in suport of the Josie Reddington Foundation.

The proceeds from this event will be distributed between 4 very worthy charities.Cystic Fibrosis West, The Alzhiemer Society of Ireland, Scleroderma Society and Our Ladys Children Hospital Crumlin.
