Hello!

Me (Frankie Francis) and my friend (Ryan Fromson) have decided to run the GNR for the first time this year and, in the process, we are hoping to raise funds for the excellent Foundation of Light.

Pals for years, we are increasingly looking for new challenges. why not raise some money for good causes in the process? 

Whatever funds we raise, after the race, BSI will kindly be contributing a final donation
