From the 27th to the 28th of May 2023, I did another 100km challenge to raise money for Prostrate Cancer UK to further their research. 

My father recently survived  prostrate cancer so it is a subject that breaks my heart whenever it is mentioned. The treatment came with complications which he is currently struggling with. 

So please donate generously to the further research so that other men will not face these same challenges.
