Diabetes UK approached Thetford rapper Franko Fraize asking him to get involved in Swim22 challenge. Franko agreed. His mate Saleh is the son of the swimming champion of Iraq. Together they are raising money and awareness for type1 Diabetes by swimming 22 miles over 2 months
