National three peak challenge · 16 June 2023

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was incredibly unfortunate to have recently witnessed a suicide first hand. Nothing could have prepared me for how it has made me feel and I can only imagine how it has impacted the persons family, friends and all those involved at the time and since.

In the hopes that I can help something positive come from such an awful event I have decided to raise money for MIND Dorset by attempting the Three Peaks Challenge in June 2023.

On the 16th June I will climb the highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours. I will start the challenge at Ben Nevis then onto climb Scafell Pike at night and finally to Mount Snowdon in North Wales.

I am asking for donations, no matter how big or small, in the hopes that MIND can continue to “provide invaluable advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem”.

I was unable to help the person I saw end their life, but by raising money for MIND UK, I hope I can help someone in the future get support they need to continue theirs.
