Story
Hey guys!
This June, I'm taking on the Race the Sun challenge in the Brecon Beacons with an awesome team! We'll be biking, hiking, and paddling like crazy from sunrise, racing against the sun to finish the course.
Starting from Bannau (Brecon), the 36-mile ride is split into three sections, with tons of climbs to keep us busy! We start with a 16-mile ride along the Talybont Valley to the Pontsticill reservoir. Then, we'll cycle the length of the reservoir and climb to the Torpantau Railway Station – a steep but short climb that'll definitely test our legs!
From there, we'll hop into canoes for a 2-mile paddle around the stunning Pontsticill Reservoir. Next up is a 10-mile circular hike to the summit of Pen Y Fan mountain, followed by a 20-mile ride back to Bannau and the finish line!
It's all for an amazing cause – Action Medical Research, a children's charity that's been working tirelessly for over 70 years to find cures and treatments for diseases that affect kids and young people.
Your support for me and my team will make a real difference in helping them continue their incredible work. So, if you can, please donate and help us reach our goal!
Thanks a bunch for your support!
