Glasgow Kiltwalk 2023 · 30 April 2023 ·

We provide one to one support so that girls, boys and young people aged 6 to 25 can experience adventures, gain skills for life and build confidence and independence. We are an entirely volunteer run charity so every penny raised gets spent directly on activities with young people for their benefit.

Story

My name is Fraser Somerville, I am 20 years old from Glasgow. I have been attending the Glasgow Disabled Scouts for 9 years. In those 9 years I have been able to do things that I would never have imagined being possible. In 2018 I went to Belgium with my fellow scouts and for me it was the best two weeks of my life. This enabled me to go on my first ever roller coaster at the age of 15. While at scouts I have made some good friends, one in particular is my closest friend {Ciaran} who is a great DJ.

On Sunday 30th April I will be participating with my fellow scouts in the Glasgow Kiltwalk. Any money raised will go towards any future adventures and renovations on Glengoyne Lodge where we have our camps.
