British Heart Foundation, London to Brighton Bike Ride 2019 · 16 June 2019 ·

Thank you to everyone who supports the British Heart Foundation by participating in London to Brighton Bike Ride.

Story

So this year I’m gonna supporting the British Heart Foundation again to raise awareness

Not only have I got a team together for the London to Brighton cycle ride ( now completed and we did amazing!!  )

I’ll be swimming the Bournemouth pier to pier open water challenge. A 1.5mile swim in in the English Channel

And.......

I’ve managed to land a place in the London 100 and will be joining the Heart Riders once again..... and I can’t wait !

Since last year, We have had my dads name engraved on a steel heart sculpture

The sculpture can me found in Meadowhall Sheffield.

This steel heart is going to be part of an even bigger sculpture and placed inside a Steel Man that is being built alongside the M1 in Sheffield ( Where the cooling towers once stood) - I’ve attached the link to this amazing video

If anybody has been affected by heart disease please take a moment to read the attached links and watch the Steel Man video... and If anybody would like to join me feel free to sign up for this amazing cause.

If you care to follow me, I will be documenting my fitness and BHF awareness journey on Instagram - @frazerjames1979  and on Facebook

Please donate to the BHF, help me beat heartbreak 💔 and keep families together for longer. Heart disease is a silent killer that hits hard and it doesn't care when.

I’ll be working hard to make penny count....
