My name is Freddie, I am 7 years old.

 Mummy and Daddy have  taken me every year to Sonny's Army Santa's Grotto.

Sonnylee is my friend, and he has been very poorly.

He only has half a working heart. He has been in hospital lots. He was born with congenital heart disease. He spends alot of time in hospital.But he always makes me laugh. Last year was the first year he was home for Santa to arrive.

Storm Eunice this year destroyed Santa's Grotto.

And I want to fix it for Sonny's Army. 

I was born very early at 28 weeks, and I fought for my life. Luckily I am big, fit and healthy now. Sonny's Army help families like mine who have to live in hospital.

They provide:

packs for mummies and daddies and children.

also they make sure the children where I live in Jaywick have fun too. 

I want to help them re build  the Grotto to be bigger and better then it has even been!!

Sonny's Army never refuse anyone help and always try and help more. They have always made sure children get what they need. 

This is way of showing Sonny's Army, that children like me are greatful for the grotto and that we NEED Santa back to Jaywick
