Story
On 23rd April I will be taking part in the London Marathon, 4 years after completing the Paris Marathon in 2013. I have vowed to beat my previous time of 3 hours 28 minutes to prove that I have improved rather than regressed with age!
However, much more important than my own competitiveness is the charity I'll be running for. ACTSA (Action for Southern Africa) is an NGO which works to support human rights, equality and sustainable development across Southern Africa. Here is a link to the website which gives more information about ACTSA and some of its incredible achievements since being set up in 1994: http://www.actsa.org/index.php
Having spent time travelling and living in Southern Africa, I fell in love with the diverse nature and people in these beautiful countries, and would be so grateful if you could donate some money to support the amazing work that they do.
Thank you x
