Story
I'm running my first ever half marathon on Saturday 2nd April to raise money for Crisis, who are doing amazing work to tackle homelessness up and down the country.
300,000 households across Great Britain could be forced into homelessness in 2023 because of the rising cost of living and the economic and social impacts of the pandemic. Crisis has a plan that can end homelessness for good, and they need our help to achieve it.
All the money raised via this page goes straight to Crisis so they can continue giving people the help they need. I stand with Crisis in believing that everybody in 21st-century Britain should have a place to live.
Here's how your donation can help...
— £10 could provide a warm welcome and help someone take their first steps out of homelessness.
— £32 could help fund one-to-one specialist coaching in housing, benefits, wellbeing and work.
— £64 could help fund one of our support workers to assist someone trapped in temporary accommodation look for affordable and settled housing.
— £100 could buy a household starter kit, filled with essentials someone might not be able to afford, to help them settle into their new home.
Please consider giving one of the amounts above (or of course any other amount of your choice) and together we can help more people find the safe, secure homes they need.
