As every year, I am running the Brussels 20K. Last year was a good year - my time was decent and the best I did so far and your donations extremely generous. Can we do better? I hope so!
The Giraffe Project continues to be my project of choice - a great initiative to build and support a schooling project in Nairobi, Kenya.

I hope I can count on your support once again, the Giraffe project needs the funds. On my end, I am glad to defy the great Brussels Spring weather and train to get to the finish line as fast as possible.
