Before doing my training in hot and sticky Alicante, I will be travelling over to Belfast, Northern Ireland in order to run the Marathon on May the 7th.

The charity that I am running for is the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).  It is a charity that dedicates itself to preventing male suicide, which has now become the biggest killer of men under the age of 45.  Any donations that could be made would of course be thoroughly appreciated and would be going to a very worthy cause!
