Action for Children protects and supports children and young people, providing practical and emotional care and support, ensuring their voices are heard, and campaigning to bring lasting improvements to their lives.

For more than 150 years, Action for Children has been providing a range of expert services to support the UK’s most vulnerable children. Last year, we helped 671,275 children, young people and families across the UK. We did this in hundreds of local services across the
UK, as well as in schools and online.  

FG Mileham wanted to support a charity close to its heart. They know that Action for Children provide residential Short Breaks across the country, including London, supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Some young children in their care are wheelchair users with complex health needs and some non-verbal. Action for Children Short Breaks are a vital lifeline for families as they provide practical support that’s needed.
