Once again I have decided to challenge myself by taking part in this year's Run Norwich.  I have entered as a charity runner so I can support the Community Sports Foundation at Norwich City Football Club.  The money I raise will help to fund disabled and disadvantaged sports programmes.

Unfortunately my training this year has not gone to plan.  I have suffered badly with shin splints, however I will still complete the 10k and feel proud that I have raised money for a worthwhile cause.
