Fresenius Medical Care Choctober Challenge · 23 August 2018

This October we are giving up chocolate to raise money for kidney patients They have to live without chocolate all year round but could you give it up for just one month ?

Story

The NKF (National Kidney Federation)  support the 2 million people of all ages with kidney disease, sadly kidney patients cannot eat chocolate and for a child and some adults this must be such a punishment, each year we ask people if they would like to take part in Choctober where we give up chocolate for the month of October.

Not only this is a great opportunity to raise some vital funds to support kidney patients but it highlights just one of many things kidney patients have to sacrifice in their life with this appalling disease.

Thank you

Pete Revell, Head of Fundraising for the NKF.
