I am taking part in the Mud Runner at Eastnor Castle at the end of the month...

It's supposed to be a supreme test of fitness.... so here goes! It's a 6-mile cross country course with lots of obstacles in between. And there is promise of mud! 

This is the first time I have done this kind of challenge. I need all the help I can get!
