Everyday, 365 days a year, Rhythms of Life helps to collect, prepare and hand out food and essentials to London's homeless community. Supported by volunteers, the charity helps numerous people in need across London's streets. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a second chance to rebuild their lives.
As London's homeless population continues to grow in size, the need and pressure on the charity is greater than ever, particularly during the COVID-19 crisis. Collecting hundreds of meals everyday is no easy task and to keep them fresh and ready to hand out, the charity is in desperate need of a large scale fridge to replace the individual small units that are currently being used.
Rhythms of Life prides itself on providing healthy and delicious meals for those that it serves and a large industrial fridge would make an enormous difference. It would mean that food could be kept fresher for longer and vastly increase operational efficiency in preparing and then storing the meals ready for hand out.
Any donation is hugely appreciated.
