Inspired by Rob and Lindsey Burrow we’re supporting this amazing appeal because it will make a huge difference to people diagnosed with MND and their families. The frostbite challenge involves us going open water swimming in lakes, rivers and the sea at least 12 times in the months from November to the end of February. We will meet, what ever the weather, for a freezing swim in the water. When it gets really, really cold we can wear a wetsuit but for much of the time we’ll be in a costume and warm up with a cup of tea at the end!
