The British Red Cross, a charity incorporated by Royal Charter 1908, helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. And when the crisis is over, we help them to recover and move on with their lives.

Story

I am Fu. King of the City and Lord of Abseiling.

In order to prove my urban skills, on the 28th October I will be abseiling 200ft off Dashwood House in the City of London on behalf of the British Red Cross.

I will be joined by my ITV cohort Emma Read-Wilson who I have agreed to supervise as she is unexperienced in the ways of the rope and is understandably grateful for my Spiderman like guidance.

I would really appreciate it if you can give whatever you can to help this great organisation. Fu PS I am not scared. I laugh in the face of danger and swing from tall buildings with just rope and my balls of steel to aid me on a daily basis, but if you sponsor me the Gods of charity will smile upon you and you will be forever blessed.
