Story

Families living with Autism face challenges every day, with this in mind Lindsey Hopkins, Charmayne Wynn, Roisin Weaver and Simran Bansal wanted to complete a challenge that was something completely out of their comfort zone. They will be taking on the Velocity 2 zip wire – a 1.5 kilometer zip line which can travel up to and over 100 mph!   We want to raise as much money as possible for Autistica as possible and every little bit people can contribute to the campaign would be gratefully received.

Fujitsu colleagues voted for Autistica to be their Charity Partner from January 2021 for a further two years. It is a cause close to many employees hearts, whether they are autistic themselves or have connections through family and friends. In the first two years of partnership, we have been able to fund life-changing research to support areas of highest need, including mental health support for autistic people. We are proud to have chosen Autistica for a further two years to continue making a transformational impact. This partnership will continue to spread understanding and awareness throughout the company and fund more life-changing research, campaigning and innovation that will benefit thousands of families across the UK.
