Myself, Conor and Owen will be running the Cardiff Half this October to raise money for City Hospice, in memory of my Grandad, James Horan. City Hospice is an incredible charity that cared for my Grandad compassionately and is my way of giving back. The nurses were invaluable in ensuring my grandad's comfort and quality of life.
