Rob's Story.....

On the 14th of July I will be running alongside (or probably behind!) my Hawkins Family teammates, who have kindly agreed to run this 10K with me.

Having been there to support me and many thousands of others who suffer from Psoriasis and Psoriatic arthritis, I wanted to raise money for this fantastic charity, the Psoriasis Association.

In doing so, I also hope that a few more people become aware of this disease that I have lived with for the last 40 years. There are many thousands of sufferers who live day to day dealing with the physical and psychological effects of the disease to a lesser or greater degree and the Psoriasis Association is there to support us all.
