To celebrate 60 years on Planet Earth! and the fact my Daughter In Law, Abi Hill (formally Pocock) is an amazing Ambassador for Anthony Nolan and cancer survivor ! On midnight 23rd June 2023 I am going to attempt to do the “Welsh Three Peaks” in under 24 hours but with a Twist!  I will be carrying a bicycle strapped to my back to climb each Mountain then cycling the route between each of them ☠️ The route is 134 miles of cycling 7713ft of ascent on the bike and 7657ft on foot carrying the bike on my back 👍
