<p><span>On the 22nd of September 2013, just 3 weeks after my 30th birthday, my kindhearted, caring and gentle brother passed away at the tender age of 27.</span><br/></p><p>Having suffered a stroke a few years earlier, and having had multiple surgeries to remove brain tumors before that, we watched him fight through all the obstacles he faced to regain every aspect of life that we take for granted. </p><p>Through all this he remained positive and thoughtful and was always there to offer words of kindness and encouragement to anyone who needed it. </p><p>So this year, in his memory, I am hoping to raise £4,000 for the Manx Stroke Foundation.</p><p>I will be organising a few fund raiser events over the next few months and a<span>ny donations are greatly appreciated &#128591;&#127997;</span></p><p>Thank you.</p><p>Devini</p>
