Story

Dear Friends, Family, Colleagues, Debtors, Creditors, Neighbours, Pets and nodding acquaintances,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After the successful Grade-One-A-Thons held in 2004 and 2011 that raised over £150,000 for two deserving causes, the current competition is in aid of Médecins sans Frontières, who are bravely leading the treatment and control of Ebola in West Africa. To help raise funds for this vital cause, music has been especially composed for the event and will be played by professional musicians on newly learned instruments. The audience will judge the competition between the Long-Winded, the Highly Strung and the Brassed Off on the 22nd of February 2015 at West Road Concert Hall in Cambridge that also includes a concert performance on our more comfortable instruments to (hopefully) relief the listeners. The whole event was thrilling last time and mostly entertaining!

Please dig deep, smash those piggy banks and sponsor me to take up the cello for a fab charity!

Thank you!
