Our Environmental Manager David Colgan is taking part in the 3 Peak Challenge on 27th May 2023, to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - all within 24 hours !! 

Is he crazy?  we would normally say yes, but he is doing this for an amazing cause to support his close friend, Natalia, who at only 31 years of age has sadly been diagnosed with terminal cancer.  This fundraiser will help raise awareness and much needed funds for bone cancer research.   David will be accompanied on this challenge by 14 close friends and family of Natalia, including her fiancé Tom.

GA will match fund all monies raised, with 100% of all money raised being donated to the Bone Cancer Research Trust.  

The Bone Cancer Research Trust is dedicated to saving lives & improving outcomes for people affected by primary bone cancer. Despite being small, they fund more research projects exploring primary bone cancer than any other organisation. 

Other large UK cancer research charities do not prioritise bone cancer patients, in 2019 just 0.028% of their research spend went to bone cancer – not even close to 1%!    Last year alone, Bone Cancer Research Trust committed an incredible £807,824 to pioneering bone cancer research - to save lives!
