Ok guys, so for my next charity I will be doing the Fit to Fat to Fit challenge.

This is going to be my craziest challenge as of yet. I'm going to get fat over the next 12 weeks and on the 1st January 2018 I'm giving myself 12 weeks to get my 6 pack back again.

This charity challenge will take me 6months to complete.

I doing this not only to help raise money for this lovely charity that help get people out of homelessness but also to help motivate and inspire people by showing them how easy you can get in shape when you put your mind to it. The only limit you have is the ones you put in your own head.

Everybody who knows me knows I'm well into my health and fitness, so by losing my 6 pack is not going to be a nice feeling for me but as it's for a good cause and it will inspire people to train, I'm giving this my all.

I will be posting pictures and videos of me as I slowly put weight on and then again as I get my physique back again.
