This April, myself and 5 others from #SEC will be running a half marathon in aid of In2ScienceUK, a charity committed to promoting social mobility and diversity in STEM. 

Their aim is to empower young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, to achieve their potential through life changing opportunities, that give them insights into STEM careers. In 2021, they successfully supported 670 students from 286 schools!

For those of you who know me well, I can just about run 5k (thanks to the Couch to 5k app!), let alone 21km... This will most certainly be a huge challenge, but a challenge that I am excited to take on 🏃‍♀️
