In July I am taking part in the Newham London Anniversay Run. It is a 5 mile course which may not sound a lot to some people but, before last year I had never run before! I've also never run further than 3 miles before so 5 miles is a challenge for me. I am also holding a coffee morning in May.

I hope to raise as much as possible for the MS Society so they can continue their amazing work and, hopefully one day, find a cure for MS. It is a cause close to my heart as my lovely Dad is a sufferer.
