When i heard my grandmother had cancer it felt like my heart had been ripped out, i didnt know what to do, i went up to stay with her and my grandad as much as i could to help out where i could, but the worst thing about cancer is there is nothing you can do apart from raise money towards the research to prevent it. I think my nana knew she was going to die, she had successfully fought it off before but this time it came down on her really hard. Thanks to cancer research she wore this special helmet before, during and after her kemo, it really helped her as she lost none of her hair in the process, although it is only a small thing it meant a great deal to her. I ran the race for life for her last year and raised £300 she was so proud of me, but now cancer took her im fighting harder than ever before, i would be so greatful for your donations, it would mean so much, cancer is such a terrible thing to happen to anyone of any age, it not only affects the person but anyone who knows the person who has it, the more money we raise the more likley it is that we can obliterate cance. please donate, i really appreciate it, thankyou so much
