So 2018 was quite a challenging year...
At the beginning of 2019 instead of setting myself a list of New Year resolutions I knew I would never stick to I decided to set myself a list of realistic goals that would make 2019 the best year so far!
One of those goals was to go to the gym every day. Become fit, strong, and in 4 months have a completely different body.
However, the end of February came near and this goal was not going too well... Whilst I was achieving all of the other goals I had set I was becoming unhappy as I was failing one of them.
I decided to change my approach and needed to set myself a challenge that I could work up to.
Being the impulsive person I am, I signed up for a 10k.
So, on the 19th of May, I will be running the Great Manchester Run. Whilst this is one of my goals that I have set myself I would also like to give back.
When I think back to 2018 I wish I knew more about Mind. They're a great charity and I would love to give what I can to them.
